9.1.11 - Day 1.

David Dang is a success story. He developed a workout routine that brought unprecedented results in a period of four months. He has since joined the Kazaxe Bootcamp team and become a regular fitness instructor.

Along with success comes skeptics and doubters. Project DANGer is not about losing weight. It is about proving that the methods he developed works. It is designed to push the human body to its maximum potential through weight training, cardio, and dieting.

As a subject, I have committed the rest of 2011 to listen to pretty much everything David asks of me and push myself beyond my limits.
